Data Deletion

Effective September 24, 2026

You can ask us to delete the data associated with your account or any Instagram or Facebook account connected to a ZiaRush-operated system at any time.

Request deletion by email

  1. Email hello@ziarush.ai with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
  2. Include the business name and the email address or social account username the request applies to.
  3. We will confirm your request and delete the associated data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records to meet legal obligations.

Disconnect from Instagram or Facebook

You can also revoke access directly from Meta at any time:

  • Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.
  • Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites → select the app → Remove.

Removing access stops the system from retrieving new data or publishing to that account. To also delete data already collected, send a deletion request as described above.

What gets deleted

Account details, stored access tokens, retrieved profile and insights data, and content held for that account. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
